Specification
Both Al Mamoura buildings are finished to the highest international levels of both design and specification. While building A provides the opulence and stature befitting its key occupiers, building B provides more functional but no less highly specified commercial office space.
Building A is finished to ‘Category A’ level including fully accessible raised floors, suspended metal tiles ceilings and recessed light fittings. The building is fully air conditioned with a VAV system and is accessed by way of a fabulous marble lined entrance hall and six internal wall-climber lifts. The internal atrium is a true wonder of design with a stunning mix of traditional Moroccan mosaic tiling and modern glass and steel edifices.
Building B provides thirteen levels of open plan, highly flexible, offices above a retail ground floor. Accessed by way of a double height marble lined entrance hall and five high speed lifts, the offices will be finished with raised floors but with the ceilings, air conditioning ducting and lighting for the occupier to fit out.
Both buildings have a separate goods entrance and goods lift and are linked together by an air conditioned walkway, providing direct access from the occupiers’ parking building and linkage between the two to share facilities such as the prayer rooms, café/restaurant, auditorium and ATM facilities.
